Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell

About the cell:
Grievance Redressal Cell has been formed as per UGC norms as a platform available to the students to lodge their grievances to the Principal and the members of the cell on any issues regarding the college. They can personally meet any members of the cell to express their grievances or can submit their complaints to the Grievance Drop boxes placed at three major points of the college campus. The grievance matters are discussed in the meeting of the cell and measures are taken within a reasonable period of time to solve the problems. Meetings are conducted usually thrice a month. Students are always advised to give their opinion or feedback regarding any issues whenever they face any adverse situation. The teachers are always ready to help and protect the students and other counterparts of the college.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Durgapur Women’s College operates in accordance with UGC Notification (Prevention, prohibition, and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions Regulations, 2015).
