Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is a prominent distance education institution in India. Established in 1985, IGNOU aims to provide accessible, high-quality education to a diverse range of students, including those in remote and rural areas. IGNOU’s distance education system has been instrumental in bringing education to the masses, especially those who are unable to attend traditional classroom-based education due to various constraints. The study center at our college was established in 2004 and around 1100 learners enrolled every year in different courses of study.
