The College has an active social and cultural life. The Cultural Sub-Committee of this college is always proactive to provide platform for all students from various backgrounds to showcase their various passions, abilities, talents which enable students to gain confidence and understand their own traditions, cultures and values. Throughout the year, different kinds of programmes are organised by the Committee to motivate students to participate to their fullest extent in various social and cultural activities of the College. These activities often involve creative expressions through art, music, dance, theatre, elocution, debate etc. The multitude of cultural activities on campus enriches the college experience, contributes to personal development, creates vibrant and inclusive campus environment. All the members of the Committee always try to develop a passionate bond between teachers and students by personally encouraging them to explore and nurture their own hidden talents, supportive nature and leadership quality. Those activities help students to take a break from academic pressure and improve their wellbeing and connectivity with others. Under the guidance of the Committee, students celebrate Borsho Baran, Sharod Utsab, Basanto Utsab, Annual Exhibitions, College Social Programme and many competitive events. Students of neighbouring colleges are also invited to take part in those events to broaden our students’ horizon.
