Anti-Ragging Committee

According to the UGC Regulation on curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions (2009), an anti-ragging cell is formed in Durgapur Women’s College.

As a convener of the anti-ragging committee, the duty entrusted to me and the other members is to take precautions against such a menace. Our objective is to stop ragging, make the senior students aware of the matters, and encourage them to co-operate with the juniors. The incidents of ragging do not happen on the campus of Durgapur Women’s College.
